SOAKING SALTS WITH AMETHYST CRYSTAL - CALMING

For thousands of years, across many cultures, salt baths were highly prized for their therapeutic properties. Inspired by this ancient ritual, Cast of Stones Soaking Salts are made from a blend of mineral-rich salts and sensory stimulating essential oils created to soothe the soul, relax the body, and pamper the skin.

Himalayan and Dead Sea Salts combined contain over 84 trace minerals, which help detoxify and cleanse the body, balance skin moisture, and help reduce muscle pain and stiffness. Epsom Salt is used to reduce inflammation, draw out toxins, ease stress, and relax the body.

Directions

Pour 3-7 heaping spoonfuls of salts (depending on bath size) directly into the tub under warm running water. Use more salts for stiff and sore muscles. Soak for 15-30 minutes.
