Many of us forget to breathe when we are feeling stressed or anxious.  Deepening our breathing is a primary way to instill relaxation of the body and calmness of the mind. If you are looking to remove blockers from the future you truly desire and want to get focused attention on how to self-heal, then a 1:1 session is a perfect way to get the focused time you are looking for.

In each 1:1 session, we talk for 15-20 minutes to set an intention for the session. We state the intention. Then initiate the breathwork healing session.
